I used this pump to convert a soft sided waterbed mattress to an airbed mattress. The seller answered all my questions prior to purchase and this conversion went perfectly. The pump appears to be a quality product with good appearance and quite operation.
When our old Sleep Number bed (20 years old!) motor gave out and the baffles kept deflating, we thought we would have to buy a regular, new mattress! Didn't want to spend $1000 or more for a mattress! So I checked out Amazon thinking I might find a new motor and I saw some that looked like our old one. I kept looking and lo and behold I discovered the Rem Air System! I ordered it right away. When it came my husband and I were eager to install it. We were tired of having to pump up our mattress every night. The instructions were very clear, and what really helped was the video on Amazon that came with the ad. Step by step it demonstrated. So happy! We pumped it up and voila!! It worked! So now we rest comfortably every night. We have duo hoses for a king size bed. I have a bad back (I think partly because of the old mattress inability to maintain firmness.) It is wonderful now! I can set my side to much firmer than my husband sets his and I rest much better! I would recommend this Air System to anyone who needs to replace an old motor for your Sleep Number bed!!
When I purchased this I thought awesome now I have 2 remotes shame on me for getting my hopes up other than that it seems like a quality sleep number bed pump replacement just wish both remotes worked. UPDATED 5/23/22 After reaching out to the seller they were fast in responding to my issue (within hrs after reaching out to them) & fixed my problem within minutes they indicated that they were a small company & I told them with customer service as good as theirs they will not have any problems keeping customers Thanks again Tyler for helping me out with my issue
Simple and easy to install. Took around 15 minutes to disconnect the old unit and plug the new one in. This pump is quiet and operates perfectly.
This wireless system worked perfectly with my Sleep Number bed. It is literally just plug in and play! I followed the easy directions and had it installed in about 15 minutes. Everything worked perfectly the first time. Highly recommended.
Very easy to install. Actually work better than the Sleep Number unit that came with the bed, ( it died ) so replaced with this. It's quieter. Very pleased with the unit. Tyler the Customer Success Guru, will take care of any issues, but I don't expect any. Also, great company service with expediously getting the unit to me.

I thought I had a bladder leak, but it turned out to be the original Sleep by Number pump. This pump was half the price and functions just as good.
Description says remotes work let and right side. Each remote is the same and can operate either side of the bed, but only one side at a time. this is really not a big deal, but if I knew it, I would have saved the 30 dollars and bought the wired system. Overall system works well.
Product as advertised. very easy to install to replace defunct original air pump. Nice and quiet and dual remotes are intuitive and easy to use.
